Price per Website

A website is made up of individual web pages. The prices are based on how many of these pages you need to make up your website. Listed below are the prices per website. Individual pages can be added on for $64 per page. These prices reflect a Standard Website, custom design and development may be extra.

If you order a Standard $256, four page website, we will build the site completely for free, no money upfront. There will never be any monetary transactions, contracts, agreements, etc. until the work is done and you are completely happy with your new website. Once you are happy with the site, you can choose to pay and the website will be turned on live and the site will be yours. If for whatever reason you change your mind before you have actually purchased your website from us, you are 100% free to walk away without penalty or obligation. Any reason at all, it could be that your financial situation has changed, or you just plain don't like the site we built for you (but we don't think that will be a problem!), or really whatever, you are under zero obligation to purchase a site we have built for you. *This offer only applies to basic, two page or four page, Standard Websites built on the Sogware server. Any larger sites, custom development or IT services are non-refundable and must be paid. Please note that if you do not pay for the website, you do not get to keep it or use it. Unpaid websites, webpages, logos, graphics, templates, databases, verbiage, code or any other related material developed or created by Sogware will remain the property of Sogware, not for use by the client until payment has been received.

Free Website Hosting

Your website needs a place to live out there on the internet and Sogware will give it a home for free! We offer 100% subsidization of your website hosting fees by tastefully and very unobtrusively placing a bit of advertising on your site. If you are opposed to having a couple small ads on your site, then you have the option to pay for your hosting $15 per month paid annually $180 per year. Most other web design companies charge $25 per month, so even if you choose to pay for your hosting you're still saving on average $120 per year. If you decide to use the ads to subsidize your server fees then you will save an average of $300 per year by choosing Sogware!
